At Arabic Dress, we want you to feel confident in your traditional attire. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all security tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
